What we process and why: when you use the contact form or onboarding we process the data you enter — name, email, phone, property details and, during onboarding, billing address, VAT number and (where requested separately) ID and proof of ownership — solely to answer your enquiry and to deliver the services you request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual steps); and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in securing the site and preventing abuse).
Processors we use: Vercel Inc. (USA) for website hosting; Resend (USA) for transactional email; and, for payments, Revolut Payments UAB (Lithuania, EEA). Where data is transferred to the USA, it is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts: this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (Google, USA), which receives your IP address when fonts are requested. No other third-party content, tracking cookies or analytics are used.
Retention: we keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or provide the service, and thereafter for the statutory retention and limitation periods under Cyprus law; documents such as ID are deleted once no longer required.
Your rights: under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
